Make an appointment

In case of life threatening emergencies, call 112
In case of urgent medical problems during out of office hours, which cannnot wait for the office time, you can contact huisartsenposten Amsterdam, phone 0880030600.

The general practitioners and the doctor's assistants have consultation hours every working day. Please make an appointment in advance via the online portal or by telephone via the assistant. For simple questions you can also sign up for the telephone consultation hour.

If you think you or your child has symptoms of the Measles, please do not come to the practice unannounced and let us know you suspect measles and follow the instructions we provide.

You can make an appointment with the doctor's assistant to make a smear in the context of the population screening, EKG.

You can visit the assistant daily between 09:00 and 11:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00 for a blood test, touch on warts, squirt ears and remove stitches.

In the mornings (except Wednesday morning) you can also go to our location at Duindoornplein 27 for blood sampling and an appointment with the doctor.

If you make an appointment with the GP, the assistant will ask for the reason for your contact in order to estimate the nature and urgency of your complaints, and how much time is needed for a consultation.

E-consultation
For simple questions you can also keep in touch with the doctor via the patient portal through an e-consultation. For this you need to register once or log in with your DigiD. We try to answer the question within 4 working days (depending on the availability of the person you ask the question)
Do you have multiple complaints or questions? Indicate this when making the appointment and then do not make an appointment via the portal. The assistant can schedule a double appointment for you.

Home visit
If it is not possible to come to the GP practice in Amsterdam-Noord yourself, the GP can also visit you at home. The assistant assesses, possibly together with the general practitioner, whether a home visit is made. The home visit is not intended for people who do not have the time or transport to come to the regular office hours. Home visits are only possible when you are in Amsterdam Noord. If you live outside the Noord district, we ask you to find another doctor.

If you do not show up for your appointment, we are unfortunately forced to send you an invoice for this appointment, these costs are not reimbursed by the insurer. It is then no longer possible to make web-appointments yourself.

Information about making an appointment at a department other than the general practice can be found on this site at the relevant department.
